Your online security while shopping with us is of the utmost importance. We now accept on-line credit card payments using a secure server, authorize.net. If you prefer not to place your order on-line, we have several different options. Please remember, however, that transmitting your credit card information via e-mail is not secure. For additional information please refer to our general ordering, insurance and return policy pages.

1.      To purchase an item(s), either use our secure on-line credit card option or call, fax, or e-mail us your order. If faxing, we have a printable order form for your convenience. We will contact you with the full amount of your order including any applicable sales tax and shipping charges.

2.      If e-mailing your request, please indicate how you would like to proceed (please remember, do not e-mail your credit card information).

a.    If you give us your phone number and the best time to reach you, we will be happy to call you and take your credit card* information over the phone. This way you will not incur any expense.

b.      You can also call us at your convenience Monday, Wednesday – Saturday (we are closed most Tuesdays) between the hours of 10:00 and 6:00 EST and we’ll take your credit card* information over the phone or let you know how much to make your check for including any applicable sales tax or shipping charges.

c.      Once you receive our confirmation e-mail, you may send us a check for the total amount. Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders and personal checks are accepted. Please note: when sending a Cashier’s Check or Money Order, your order will be shipped the next business day. Personal checks may delay your order being shipped for up to 14 days as we will need to wait for your check to be cleared into our account. 

* Please note that the billing address on your credit card must match your shipping address. We will also request the cvv# (the last three digits on the string of numbers on the back of your card) for verification purposes.
