Getting to Treasures Over Time
We are located at 139 Washington St. in historic downtown Salem, MA, approximately 16 miles north of Boston. We're one block down from the pedestrian mall between Rockefella's and the shops on Front St.
Traveling by Car
Take 128 North to Exit 25A. Take 114 East into Salem. Just follow the signs for the PeabodyEssexMuseum and 114 and you will easily find your way into Salem. Approximately one mile after entering Salem you will cross an overpass. As you come off the overpass, take the exit on your right. This puts you on Route 107/Bridge St. Make the first right on to Washington St. We're at 139 Washington St. between the pedestrian walk and Front St.
Limited street parking is available around Salem at one and two hour parking meters. There is also a parking lot in front of the Post Office on Washington St.
By Train
Take the MBTA Commuter Rail (Newburyport/Rockport line) from Boston's North Station to Salem Depot. We are a five minute walk from the Salem Depot. Go up the steps to street level, cross Bridge St. and walk down to 139 Washington St.
