There's a lot of detail in the sweet little boxes. They are the smallest of our intarsia inlaid boxes. These boxes are beautifully made with dendritic limestone material. Many people assume that the "landscapes" on these boxes have been been painted on the stone but the "landscapes" are naturally occurring. You can see why this material has been given the trade name Nature's Paintbrush. The interior of these boxes is also cut from very scenic stone material. The limestone is inlaid in a black marble.
