I don’t know what it is but the fantastic patterning of the “Picasso” marble inlay and the design of the cutting edge on this bread knife really makes this a pleasure to use. You’ll need to bake fresh loaves of bread or buy whole loaves at the bakery just so you can use this knife as often as possible. It has a great look and will feel wonderfully balanced in your hand.
