All of our gemstones are natural* material originating inside the earth. Sivan is a gemologist and you can be assured that we have carefully inspected all of these gemstones. With very few exceptions, all gemstones currently available in the gem market have been enhanced. These enhancements are routinely done in the gemstone industry to remove the impurities inside the gem material making it cleaner and/or to improve a gems color. This is true of most of the material that we are selling, too. If the gem is not routinely enhanced, we will note this in our comments. Just imagine how difficult it would be to supply all the gem material required to fill the demand created in the world today if gemstones were not enhanced. Most people would have to purchase man-made material because there would never be enough untreated material available and the cost would be prohibitive for most of us.
*Please note that these are natural gemstones, they are not man-made. Although, these are natural gemstones, it does not mean that they have not been enhanced. Some of them have been enhanced and this has been noted for each individual gemstone.
